Getting started with Cleverbase
Follow the instructions to install the app. Once you open the app, you'll go through a few steps.
Choose and confirm a PIN code.
Complete your profile. During the sign-up process, we will identify you with high reliability using a selfie, ID scan, and video call.
We will verify your registration. After successful completion, you will receive an email.
You can log in and sign documents using qualified signatures with the Cleverbase app.
What you need during your Cleverbase registration
Follow the instructions to install the app. Once you open the app, you’ll go through a few steps:
Passport or ID card, not a driver’s license. We currently support the following countries.
Stable internet, a working microphone, and a camera on your phone.
A phone with supported software (Android 10 or later, iOS 16 or later). You cannot use your tablet for registration.
How to log in and sign documents with Cleverbase
Logging in
- 1Use the Cleverbase app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- 2Confirm with your PIN code in the Cleverbase app.
Signing documents
- 1Go to our signing page, and upload a PDF or XML document to be signed.
- 2Use the Cleverbase app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- 3Confirm with your PIN code in the Cleverbase app.
