Qualified identification
We establish once, online, who your customer or employee is, with their passport or identity card. After that, identifying is no more than a QR scan and a PIN. You receive only the data you need, such as name, date of birth or document details for your Wwft file. A passport copy or physical verification is no longer needed.

Digital identification in practice
In many sectors identification is a legal requirement. We make sure it fits into the software you already use. Below you see two examples from practice.
Supplying precursors with certainty
If you supply substances covered by the European precursors regulation (EU 2019/1148), you have to know who you supply them to. Your customers identify themselves from their own phone, at the highest assurance level.
They sign the end-user declaration with a qualified signature, with the same legal force as on paper. We manage the evidence file for supervision and audits, so that during an inspection you can show straight away how you have arranged it.

As an estate agent you have to know who your client is. With us your client arranges that themselves with a QR scan in Move.nl, and you see the result straight away in Realworks: identified at the highest assurance level.
Your client uses that same identity later to sign the purchase agreement in a qualified way. Together with the NVM we want to make this the standard across the whole property chain. That is why identification is free of charge for NVM members.
