Have powers of attorney signed without an office visit
Can a client not come in? Then they share their identity data with you through our app, at a high assurance level, and sign the power of attorney with a qualified electronic signature. This way you know for certain who signed, and the power of attorney has a legally valid signature that you can validate independently. For example for a certificate of inheritance, the sale of a house or a share transfer.
Legally valid signing, at the office and remotely
You have client forms, agreements and other office documents signed with a qualified signature, with the same legal force as a signature on paper. Your client signs from their own phone, you and your staff sign the same way. You do this from the signing platform you already use.
Identify clients for your AML investigation
For a new file, every party involved establishes their identity once through our app, at a high assurance level. The identification and verification for your client due diligence are then done before anyone comes to the office, with the evidence recorded by us for supervision and audits. The statutory identity check at the signing of the deed stays as it is.
Ready for the digital deed
Since 2024, civil-law notaries have incorporated private limited companies digitally through the KNB’s platform, with identification at a high level and qualified signatures. The Notaries Act provides the framework for digital deeds, and at the moment that applies only to the incorporation of a private limited company. The building blocks are already clear, though, and you use them with us today: identification at a high level and a qualified signature.

According to the KNB, digital execution of deeds becomes available within notarial software packages as soon as they are connected to the digital part of the protocol. Those who already have identification and qualified signing in their process are prepared for it.
