EUDI Wallet
The European Digital Identity Wallet is the wallet introduced by eIDAS 2. Every member state must offer at least one wallet to its citizens and residents. With the wallet a user can identify at the highest assurance level, hold and present PID and attestations of attributes, and create qualified electronic signatures.
The technical shape is defined by the Architecture and Reference Framework (ARF) and implementing regulations: credential formats such as ISO mDL and SD-JWT, presentation protocols such as OpenID4VP, and certified wallet solutions. For Cleverbase the wallet is a core market: signing via the wallet, issuing attestations as a QTSP, and the secure cryptography (WSCA/WSCD) behind it.
